Maybe so, but usually you mods make the most useless posts out of anyone, or just generally act like assholes. Who bans you "people" when this happens? No one. Therefore, equality is destroyed and the guy makes a totally valid point.

Usually a mod flaunts the fact that they had you banned just before doing it or locking a thread. I know Ozcar does this. So you'd know if he was the one banning you.
