This is a pretty awesom addition. It seems useful, but having never had one, I've never thought in a way of needing one. It's like never having a cell phone and therefore never planning in ways in which you'd need one. I'm sure I'll put use to it eventually.

Its a great new addition but perhaps a link for "PM this user" or something to that degree can be included in a user's profile for easy application.
Oh, I have one question, this must be checked off to send a PM:
I understand that if I send out spam, harass or annoy people, or abuse the NG Private Messaging System in any way that I'll be banned with all the scary wrath of Zeus himself.
How could you know if you say you don't moderate PMs?
The menu looks nice, I like the block list that pico's holding, all I can read is Josh Bend and the other one looks like it says douchey.
