i spent around an hour on mine, splicing pictures, getting all the tweens and filters right, and I think it turned out very nice. So check it out. Watch all the way till the end, when the tank and the stripes fade, then it starts over. All the movie clips move slightly, so slightly you cant see. So it shouldn't burn the screen. If you use it, and it does burn the screen, dont blame me.

It changes brightness constantly i think that should suffice..its meant to be subtle though.

Hey you can get it at the link below. Just download the Preloader on that page. You cant get the actual font but you can get vector of the NG tank and the newgrounds text. Hope this helped.

I'm using Firefox but quite a few of the links returned "page cannot be found". If it's image shack, I'll just have to host my own. Any ideas to the problem?

Firefox doesn't let me play flash sometimes and it blocks a few pages. Try going to the on IE.
