1. Yes you are, but modifications don't count. If you submit more than 1 you can still only win once but you have more of a chace of winning.
2. Voting will be on the 7th of May. I will be posting around 3:00pm(GMT). So that the American Voters have woken up. If i don't post by then i will definatley post before 9pm.

The competition ends on May 6th but the voting is on May 7th. This is for any last minute entries and it gives me time to organise it.
Modified a bit (mostly graphics), taken out the trail thing - I was gonna add smoke but it adds unnecessary lag. A screensaver is supposed to run smoooooth, so yah. To see it at full FPS, download the SWF to your computer and open it from there.
Also, kinda unrelated, the .fla was 250kb but I resaved under a different name and it cut the filesize to 16kb (1kb more than the swf). Hawt.

Forgot to mention one thing. The tank moves slightly every 10 seconds to avoid burning the screen. You won't notice it moving though, it's literally at most 0.2 pixels.

OMFG HOTNESS. Amazing liam. It's weird how flash saves at a different filesize depending randomly(i think). At only 15kb, that is awsome.

woah, i like yours, some of the others are good, but i can see yours as a screensaver.
i would suggest making the everything, by everyone more visable, and if you can, after the brick have covered the screen change it to the problems of the future, today, and then have it loop

hey, can someone give me a link to download a .fla image of the tank cause te pre-loader doesnt work on my pc and i use flash mx and its flash 5 format, it use to work but i edited it a bit and then i saved it changed the name and re downloaded it but it didnt work...so someone give me a flash mx compatible download of the ng tank logo

Here is a few pics you can use in your screensavers. Feel free to use them but you can still make your own. I made it in flash mx 2004, so it should work for you.

Sorry, flash mx is the lowest version i have. I'm glad you worked it out.
new update to mine, when converted to a screensaver, the old file left the top left corner blank white, so i have now fixed this :D
I made a few little adjustments. It has a little shine to the words that cross the screen and the tank looks more real.

Made the text a little clearer while keeping the fading/3D look.
Increased the size threshold one notch to allow for a little more randomness.
Added looping backgrounds.
