Go to account options then hover your mouse over the "View your profile" link, but dont click it.
The adress bar on the bottom of your screen should say a random number and that's your user ID.

Could you make a "posts yesterday" (or maybe even a "posts per day in the last month/week") data? that'd be awesome. Because I've had periods (eg: before I knew the forums existed) that I didn't post at all, that warp my PPD to a less accurate representation of me.

That's not a problem. This "tool" calculates the MOST PROBABLY ammount of time you'll need to reach the next level, holding count of your depositing habbits. (sounds impressive, isn't it?)
