cuz lvl 9 is the last lvl where u dont get bumped down for not depositing
Now I'm starting to think there may be too many level 10s. Unfortunately, the only other rank I can be arsed to get to is level 12, and that's like 5 months away with depositing.

I don't think level makes a difference when it come to being a noob. A noob is still a noob, no matter what level. And high level can mean that your a noob who spends every day voting. Not all high levels are like that though. Level 9 sucks btw.
Level 5 has no redeeming qualities, yet I find the BBS to be rather more interesting than most of the stuff on the portal, recently...
