It's a program made by Casualty that tells you when something's been submitted to the portal.
It can be found here. It can be weird to get use to, but is very good if you're doing something else on your computer, you can still B/P.

Sorry I've been gone so long. I'm getting nowhere with my attempts to move on my own. Too many people harassing me about everything possible. And not about me moving on my own. People picking with me to try and get me to fight them, but I always refuse because I can't find it in me to hurt anyone by any means, even if I'm only defending myself. Favorite movie: Bunnykill Volume 3, Part 2. Giant cyborgs and machine guns and lightsabers and shit. Awesome stuff.

Favorite game: Bunker. A defend-your-turret game that kicks ass (although, sadly, it's too intensive to play on my shitty overheating computer). But I recommend all of you play it, since most of you have machines that run below 80 degrees C. :-(

My favourite flash has always been There She Is! and was one of the first movies I saw on the site. A combination of humour, great graphics, perfect music, and just total cuteness is as good as it can get for me (except for the sequel maybe!). But then I'm willing to bet everyone here has already seen it and knows all that, after all it has been near the top of the Top 50 for a very long time now.

Can't wait for the third one, it's been in production for a long time now...

My favourite game is probably Bowmaster Prelude, I wasted an entire week playing that when it first entered the portal, eventually completing it. It's kind of a defense game, but relies heavily on skill and tactics, though there is certainly an element of upgrading and luck involved as well. Certainly recommended to anyone that hasn't tried it, but be warned you may waste a lot of time playing it!

I just checked it out and this was a damn fun movie to watch. I was a bit disappointed we never saw Smoke do whatever he was doing in the back scenes though...

To answer my own question I would have to say Arfen House Teh Movie 6 is my favorite on the site. It just made me laugh so damn much and it's actually animated very well. A close second is NSFW's "The Miracle" which features The King and IT getting busy. Great for a laugh (well, a lot of them).

Favorite game is easily Galactic Gravity Golf . I spent a shit-load of time playing this one and I never get tired of it.

And i have managed to get at least 20 points a day lately which is good. but i should start to get more cause i am starting a new job soon that is much slower paced and i will be getting off an hour earlier then i am now at my current job. Although it is a decent Flash at best, I don't feel any of those fuckers that make those Flashes ever deserve a score better than a 3.0, ever for anything. They make Newgrounds a less respectable site with the way they treat this place as their personal urinal and their total disrespect for the portal system.

In other news, The Portal was very busy yesterday, in my opinion, at one time there were over 20 flashes under judgement at once, so I had quite a good day when it came to B/P points. Also I have noticed that at night the portal gets some what slow after hours, which isn't exactly bad, but that's usually the only time I have to continiously guard the portal. Any one else notice this?

Yeah, yesterday there were at least 20 flashes UJ at times. Sometimes more.

Also, I notice at night the portal slows down as well and it's very common since most of NG territory is after midnight so less people are awake and submitting. Also less are voting.
