After much deliberation, i have finally decided to join the barracks.

I completed my training from the NGPD a while back, and have since got lazy with my portal patrolling, And hoped you gentlemen could help me get whipped back up into shape.

Also, I definitely need the whistle points, and I’m sure my recruitment will see my whistle level improve.

I sincerely hope I can serve the portal well, in my future at this club
