Well at the end of the day I managed to get 51 measly points. It isn;t suprising since I have been out of the house basically all day. I got up at 12:30 and I went over to my friends house at 1:30, in that hour I was on Newgrounds. Then I stayed with a group of people until 6 which was when my soccer practice started. Then I practiced for three long hours and got home at around 9 and I didn't get on the computer until 9:30 and I've been on since. So I didn't have the best day in the world. I did get a lot of flagging done but I only managed to squeeze one review into my schedule. I can't say tmmorrow will be any better but I have 68 more points until I upgrade and if I don;t get it tommorrow I will be really dissapointed. I hope all of you guys had a better day on Newgrounds then I did.

We have one member with a gold whistle, one with a Diety and one member with a garbage whistle, we cover it all. A review ban could be punishment for old stupitity. I say we give it a shot.

Heh. Slash Returns was just to dick around and hone my skills.

I am going to be working on a "serious" series. Don't worry, Slash Returns will still have episodes (as they don't take very long to make, lol), but I'm focusing my attention on my main work, the Firestorm Saga. It tells you just exactly who and what Slash is (not his Newgrounds persona), and his story. It's a flash version of the huge story the character Slash exists in, one I've been writing in various notebooks and scribbles for over 7 years now.

It's a very epic story, and I know my flash skills will never do it justice, no matter how much I improve. But it must be done. And I'll do my best on each segment, however limited my best is at the time.

How many parts it'll be, I don't know. The story itself is well over 3000 handwritten pages, and currently has over 400 pages of Microsoft Word. I actually lost over 1000 computer pages when my computer crashed, but decided not to re-write them...it'd take too long, and I have the entire story in my head. I'll be summarizing some of the key parts of the story (which, btw, is still incomplete by far) in flash.

You may find you don't like Slash...the story isn't one for children. There are times when my own character scares the crap out of me, not the least reason being that he's based on me.

This series is mine and mine alone: no co-authors or anything. That can happen with Slash Returns, lol.

Expect the introduction within a week. It'll be very Slash Returns-esque, but over time, I will improve. I plan to watch a shitload of tutorials and all, lol.

I wish it was at a set number instead of the ranks keep raising. That way, more people would be whistling reviews further helping Newgrounds. Because there are many users who whistle a ton, but still have silver.

I think it'd be nifty if they had a new level at the halfway point between silver and gold, making that the new gold, and the current gold level being platinum or something. So you could at least have a way to gauge your progress.

I agree. Viewing your whistle points as easily as Blam and Protect points in your profile would be nice. However, this may be abused by some people who would begin to whistle every re-submit in a vein attempt to get the next whistle. It may result in twice as much flash for the admins to sort through.

I still like the idea, though.

I would have to agree with both points. We are totally blind when it comes to whistle points and ith every other stat it tells us a TON of info.
