Thank you , Dart. The search bar can be your friend. Many people who steal take submissions from NG first. Others however go outside NG to steal. Sometimes they can be identified by links in the entries (if it has one). This, however, does not always work because the place the link takes you does not have the creator's name given. That's a crap shoot there. Other times you can cross-reference the submitters name with the names given in the credits (if there are any). That is also a chance taker there because sometimes the actual creator may submit under a different screen name. So you take your chance when hunting stolen work.

It is weird, I dont ever seem to get bored of B/P'ing. Except when there arent any UJ's and that means I am not B/P'ing. And I have been doing it for awhile, but not for any super long time =P. I might eventually get bored but I want to make sure I get to EGSC first...

Actually, the second and third terms are the keys here. If an user's first submission was flagged, it does not mean that his second one breaks the rule as well. I refuse to take the guess before watching the entry. So please, if you consider an entry breaking the rules just because the author's previous one was flagged, at least watch it first before you draw your conclusion. Just a little reminder. The funny part is that sometimes the authors are stupid enough to tell everyone who has a brain that his entry was stolen. I love those easy whistle points. Nice work.

haha don't worry i just have to take a small break from ng...then get back into it. It has happened twice now when i get bored of ng for about 3 weeks, then get back on it and b/p endlessly. This cycle repeats itself about every 2 months. I am in the middle of the break stage right now. he he, patience...wait for the ng urge to come back. :)

yeah, I have been pretty slow lately.... the urge to get rid of other people's ('cept Slash's) hard work is... starting to wane.... PLUS "the YuYu" by Adam Phillips is supposed to come out in April... that's kinda getting on my nerves how that hasn't happened yet.... urgh...

The portal has been extremly slow. It used to average around 200 entries, lately it has been a lot to see 150. That extra 50 makes a big difference. Pico day is supposed to be huge so I would not doubt that is where most everyone's time and effort is going. I hope to see a majority of high quality flashes in the portal for pico day, but looking back on other major days it may not be the case. There surely will be some awsome things though. We just have to remember not to relax too much for it. Best of luck.
