As far as I'm aware, it literally says "recorded by Mobizen" (Mobizen is a mobile app for screen recording) in both of those submissions and the 'watermark' of the program literally appears at the right side of the screen, so... yes, I would say so. Also, at the end of both of those animations, you can actually see the 'cut' of the recording, which I think that it 'proves' my point even more. Feel free to correct me in case that I'm currently wrong, though. I would be more than glad if you did, so I can learn from my mistake.

At the moment that I did post that flag, that user didn't have its real name, nor a profile picture, nor a description, nor it did have that its a 'writter + director'... in conclusion, nothing at all on its NG profile, which made me 'doubt' about if that submission did truly belong to the user who submitted it. Still, you're right, though. My apologies, and thank you for pointing it out.
