As far as I'm aware, it literally says "recorded by Mobizen" (Mobizen is a mobile app for screen recording) in both of those submissions and the 'watermark' of the program literally appears at the right side of the screen, so... yes, I would say so. Also, at the end of both of those animations, you can actually see the 'cut' of the recording, which I think that it 'proves' my point even more. Feel free to correct me in case that I'm currently wrong, though. I would be more than glad if you did, so I can learn from my mistake.

flagging things is not a race there bud, I know of a number of people around here plus mods that may sit on an uploaded piece for days and with another person I know, weeks, before they flag or remove the piece of media that breaks the TOS or guidelines
