Can we/you add a rule for this be directly be able to flag/delete content like this?
Maybe something to the effect of:
Uploading content to newgrounds and then immediatly deleteing your account to hide your identity will result in the deletion of the uploaded content
this would be an extension of the already existing:
Your game must not be shovelware made to serve ads or promote your site. If you didn't take personal pride and care in the creation of the content, leave it off NG.
