If the Art Guidelines are any indication, any degree of nudity is grounds for an automatic A rating. Can't find anything regarding how movies should be rated in their guidelines, though, and the nudity is explicitly part of the movie's punchline, so I'd personally let it keep its M rating.
That's probably overly cautious, but I'd rather not flag something unless I'm fully certain its rulebreaking.

Not really, I just clicked the link for the unpublished submiision you gave & read the Authors Comments where he'd put this, 'Music Credit: "Breathe" Created by The Prodigy. I don't owe the music at all, so that is why i'm giving credit.' then I checked the reuploded submission where it's not posted in the Authors Comments & it's not playing in the movie. Logic led me to the conclusion he'd removed the offending audio.

Also, its not the original creator. The original creator is Mike Inel who does a lot of NSFW content. My suspicions were correct when I found out it was another user that had nothing before it posted and no description.
A lot of these users just post stolen videos and then add no description or anything.
The first one looks like spam that would be blammed quickly, the second is from a user that has an okay track record so it'll likely pass.
