The submitter's explicitly stated they've used several copyrighted tracks in this (including "Blue Monday", funnily enough).
Seeing that this has original animation and the user's previous 2 videos are passable quality, I'm not reporting it as its more likely to pass than get blammed/taken down. If its a slideshow or a still image video from some new user, then yeah, its more likely going to get taken down for copyrighted music.
This sounds so wrong, because this literally makes no sense.
Assuming that the copyright for these musics are relevant and enforcable to this day, the submission would've been taken down REGARDLESS OF THE ANIMATION because of the fact that it uses copyrighted music without any actual permission from those artists/companies. The animation quality wouldn't change that and having "No Copyright Infringement is intended" in the description isn't a good defense for legal issues, let alone the fact that it violates the Movie Guidelines. A slideshow or still image video wouldn't just be taken down for copyrighted music, because the movie itself violates TWO movie guidelines, and you just only need to violate ONE to have it taken down. Also no, blamming a submission is not the same thing as a submission being taken down, because blamming requires a lot of people voting negatively, whilst reporting only requires that the submission in question violate the portal's guidelines. They're not the same.
