Maybe you should stay in your lane and let mods handle things. Mods really hate back seat modding by non-mod users.

Just an embedded YouTube video, and not made by the author.
I wanted to report it as spam, “Not a game” – but noticed the Game Guidelines don't outright say submissions have to be games…
Maybe intentionally, so that people don't ramble on about what constitutes a game and what doesn't under gadgets and interactive movies? Or is it a rule so obvious there's no need to spell it out?

I distinctly remember live-action being permitted on newgrounds if its production quality is good enough

Here's the direct language from the movie submission guidelines:
If you want to try live action here, it must be a short film with legit production value and an animation component done in post production.
The problem is that we have little opportunity to test it because the live-action submissions are so often hilariously low effort.

Well, no, not really. @guthrie was correct when he said:

That's the text, but the thought and meaning behind it is that it can have live elements, but should have a major animation component. Live dramas, stories, or podcasts, even with quality film work are still not what we want. And, crappy animated add ins, like some kid throwing MS Paint "lasers" from his hands are also not what we want.
Are there threads for posting stolen art or bad reviews and flagging them?

Stolen art is on the different forum but for bad reviews that forum would be filled to the brim with em, like it would be more active then TEGB forum itself

While I'm not sure it would be allowed to make a club AROUND taking down artwork that violates the Art guidelines, why can't the scope of what can be reported INCLUDE NSFW artworks? I know SFW is vaguely defined in this statement (Because we have ratings and what CAN be considered NSFW may not just be only Adult rated submissions, it can also be stretched to include T and M-Rated content.) but it doesn't make sense to not target those submissions since you know, there ARE users who can access them? Not to mention that not every submission will have proper ratings, so you may see some submissions with pornography and the dingus who posted it thinks it should have a E rating, or some guy who thinks his pure wholesome picture is SOMEHOW worthy to get an A rating. There's NO rule prohibiting you from posting adult submissions, since in context in here, you're just sending it for others to get free Whistle points. Furthermore, it's bad to just exclude them because there are people who come to this club to GRIND on getting more Whistle points. Sure, you may learn some stuff on what is and what isn't allowed on Newgrounds, but at the end of the day, we still gotta take out the fucked up trash by reporting it and there is a genuine point in doing so.

No animation. I can't confirm it but I believe all the footage here is taken from various movies.

No. Just flag them as normal.
Stolen art is on the different forum
Which one?
I probably dont have a high Elite Guard status and I am most likely not elgible to be a mod. Can I make a thread based on reporting SFW stolen art
NO. It has been said many times. Do not create a thread about art. Flagging it is the correct course of action.
While I'm not sure it would be allowed to make a club AROUND taking down artwork
It would not be allowed.
why can't the scope of what can be reported INCLUDE NSFW artworks?
Um, it can. You can flag anything you want. If something is rated incorrectly, there's a flag reason for that:
Not to mention that not every submission will have proper ratings, so you may see some submissions with pornography and the dingus who posted it thinks it should have a E rating, or some guy who thinks his pure wholesome picture is SOMEHOW worthy to get an A rating.
Which is why we have the system in place. It's not that difficult, peeps.

https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/889320 Same user as the last one I posted. Again it redirects off of newgrounds to some unsafe appearing address. Again it managed to get past judgement somehow. I, again, flagged this the other day... Some reviewers reported trojans so it is obviously malicious. Perhaps it is the user that needs to be removed just as much the malicious redirecting game?

Couldn't the reviews be also a reportable offense considering that they're telling you the game is malware, which IS a violation of the review guidelines, because even if the material has malware, you should report it, not put it in as a review?

Although technically that could be viewed as an accusation (which is why I didn't do it) I would hope since they are warning other users of malicious content that it would be permissible or at least forgivable. After all, I flagged it for redirects while it was under judgement yesterday and it is still up, many people have visited it (at least 102). Perhaps that is a negative on me because I didn't report their reviews, but IMHO it is better overall for the community if fewer people get viruses due to content hosted on newgrounds rather than protecting the feels of a multiple time malicious content poster.
