He could've gotten the game from Flashpoint. I searched and this was actually a different version of Deal or No Deal where the credits is on the left in the main menu and the font is bolder. Its not on the Internet, so he may've gotten it from Flashpoint and may've been from a deleted website or from the Wayback Machine. Sometimes there are people that take SWF files from Flashpoint and upload them to Newgrounds, mainly those where the Newgrounds/DeviantArt account that had it got deleted.
Pacdude had two versions of Deal or No Deal, and he also uploaded a "Classic" SWF which is probably close to the same thing.

Is "If NicoisNXXT made the Lyrics for Polus Problems v4" one of them? Because obviously there's a lot to scrub through, and it's one of the animations that can be reported as spam, since it doesn't have any actual animation.
So here's 5 animations that you can easily report as spam, since they lack actual animation and they're just more like slideshows.
