If it disappears, then its most likely blammed, and if it says "Unpublished Submission", that means it has gotten deleted by the mods.

I know that you can get whistle points if a mod deletes the submission, but can you get whistle points when it's blammed?

when you flag an item you as the flagging person are committing to the idea that the thing you are flagging is fraudulent, incorrect, or breaks site rules. as such you should be rating the items zero because the item when you are flagging correctly only have 2 avenues out of the under judgement section

it gets deleted by a mod (+ whistle points)
it gets blamed because other people are voting zero on the upload (+blam point)

if it blams out before a mod deletes it you don't get whistle points. but after a certain amount of time and correctly flagging items the mods will recognize your name on the flagging ticket and can judge your flag with more acceptance that you know what you are doing

its just repetition and building a name for yourself as a paragon of the community

I despise Garbage and Normal whistles, I prefer more Bronze to Deity levels

Playit-online is an alt or co-account of self-defiant and melting-minds. He sometimes makes comments like this, which are confusing, because he's foreign and doesn't realize how we'll interpret the comment. Like Joe saying "this was made by Joe" rather than saying "made by me". I've spoken with him before. Removed it because it's already uploaded/duplicate.
