You're new here, so let me post a few things for you.

• We don't post adult stuff in forums (unless it's an Adult themed forum thread).

• There are ways to format your post so that adult rated links don't display an image. It's been posted before, so I won't write it out here for time's sake. Lemme know and I can later.

• This thread is for posting urgent stuff, although, we do stray from that quite often. Stuff like real porn, or malicious stuff that takes over your browser needs to be handled quickly while it's Under Judgement. Old stuff that's been around forever doesn't need to be reported here. Flag it and we'll get to it, but it's not urgent.

For you, I'd recommend watching more movies and playing more games. You're new here, and you need to learn how the site works before you flag or post a bunch of stuff. Ok, so thoughts: The game "Talking Tom and Ben News HD" is categorized as a tutorial despite the game not teaching how to do something, which it should be instead categorized as a "Gadget - Other" game, since the game itself is more or less allowing the player to toy around Tom and Ben. So the report for that game would be Improper, since the game's selected genre is "Tutorial" and not "Gadget - Other." Gonna include this screenshot from the game's info as of the time of THIS post because I rather not have to hear another "By the daily moments of life, we seemingly lack any guidance in order to follow God." because the guy who replies the OP believes that the OP is being inaccurate about the game's rating, which I'm going to post screenshots of it so that issue is prevented by the second time I get it.

The genre isn't flaggable. It can be chosen by the submitter and is not required to be accurate.

Improper would be for something rated incorrectly in regards to E, T, M, and A ratings. The most common is something rated M but is a submission including people having sex but they have some clothing on and are not fully nude. This is frequently wrongly rated based on how people perceive nudity/sex in different situations and countries vs how the rating option on Newgrounds work.

Since genre isn't required to be accurate but an accurate rating (ETMA) is important, flagging something for this reason would be an invalid flag, and would not help your Whistle Rank. Hope that helps.
