Suggestion: When a submission is BLAMMED or removed, have one of the bots message the author with the reason for its removal
Your game must not use Angry Birds or Super Mario Bros. characters/sprites. In general you shouldn't be using any sprites you don't have full rights to.
Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work, including tutorial files.

Yeah, I suggested similar to Tom in the supporters forum some time ago, more from the point of view of improving the FAQ. Too many newer users simply don't get that the Portal isn't just a place where you can dump any shit you like with no quality control

I don't think it's because they can't submit anything to the art portal. They posted this 6 minutes ago and already has 111 submissions as of now.

It appears you have three versions, one uncoloured, one partially coloured in, and the final one being digitally coloured.
You call this hard work? I redrew the eye here in MS Paint (with reference) and I timed it. 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
As a piece of art, it could be better, although it is very very VERY simple and easy to do, but as a 'movie' on the 'Movie Portal', this is beyond shit.
