True, but... For movie submissions, you cant steal and upload a video someone else created, but many people use assets from Source Film Maker, goAnimate, gmod, and it's ok even tho they didnt create the character or the assets.As long as they made the video themselves, it's ok. With art submissions, you have to be fully the creator of the piece. As long as you drew it yourself, it's ok. You may draw Superman and not own Superman, but it's ok because you drew it all yourself.
With that being said, you can always v0te whatever you like on any submission.
Except 1. Never vote 1 on anything.

Any vote 2 or more is a vote to save a submission. Any vote below 2 is a vote for blam. Ever run into a submission that sux dokay dix but still passed with a super low score? If you vote, say 1.5 on something, the overall score gets a boost, whereas voting 0 gives nothing to the score at all. If something is headed for blam, that little score boost could be enough to cause a crappy submission to pass. Therefore, vote 0 or 2-5. Never vote 1.

Counts as a duplicate submission. Just be sure it's not "Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc" ...as long as chapter 1, 2, 3, etc aren't the same, or include the same content as previous plus some more work done.
