My goal is to hopefully get a Deity whistle. And also more blams than saves. Also I'd like to apply to join the EGB.

You meet the requirements. Capability is always a weird thing, especially if you try and compare to some no-lifers like @GUTHRIE who seems to only have time for NG. All we'd ask is they you do your best as you're able, no quotas or silliness like that.

Deity whistle is achievable, blams might be a challenge. Audio always has things that slip past us mods and the auto-mod, and there's a hidden cache of stolen music from 2015-17 still around from when Geometry Dash was at its peak. There are more things being blammed these days, so you could try and even that out as well.
As a Police Captain, you can certainly be considered as a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) candidate.
Might be time to summon the leadership council of EGSC's @ByteSlinger @Big-Boss @GameJunkie for their review of potential members:

Things are starting to get back to somewhat normal in New England. The school I teach at just lifted their mask mandate everywhere except in classrooms, which is great. I am also starting to get back to the somewhat silly issues that used to plague our lives before an actual plague hit. The worst part of my current existence is figuring out how to drain our sump pump into the clay-rich soil around our house that seems to be totally impermeable to water, so the sump pump ends up draining right back into the basement. It's nice to worry about the little things again!

Ah that sucks. I'm on pure sand so I don't have as many issues getting the extra water out to the septic field. Hopefully your issue doesn't turn into a big thing. Maybe find a way to pump it towards the neighbours house.

So that's where it went. Supply did a loss report after we brought in @TheRoboTrickster, someone signed off that it had been consumed during the party but nobody could account for the barrel. There's a $0.25 deposit on the container, be sure to recycle it when we use it up.
