So, who's ready for summer? Hopefully by then we, as a planet, will have a better handle on Covid and life might begin to resemble something normal. The days are slowly getting longer, the stores are putting out their summer swimwear pre-sales, and Home Depot has their Halloween section just about ready. Ah, yes - some nice summer sunlight to warm these old bones. Soon....
January was a quiet month compared to December here in the Barracks. Even our perpetual insomniac ESC @Guthrie only amassed about 2,500 points - but he was very busy in the forum, rocking those posts and answering questions., along with EGSC @Exedor and EGSC @Asandir. Thank you all for your unending support! *Salutes*
Hopefully, things will pick up a bit in February - a lot schools in the US have winter breaks this month, and since you really can't go anywhere yet, online is the place to be- and we might get some of that action.

Thank you for another great update, @byteslinger! It seems like the pandemic is starting to wane in the northeast - hopefully this time will be the last. Some epidemiologist friends are saying that one upside to this Omicron variant is that it's causing a lot of natural immunity and could jump start the endemic phase of the pandemic. Here's hoping!
