Seems like an impersonator.
I went through some videos of the official How It Should Have Ended channel and checked the user account and these are what I've found:
- User just signed up a few days ago. Probably doesn't know NG rules.
- The way the user writes compared to the official How It Should Have Ended is very different.
- Newgrounds isn't listed in any of the official How It Should Have Ended links. Not even listed in the description of any vids I watched.
- I don't see any person named "Nelson Center" associated with the official How It Should Have Ended. I didn't see it in the credits of the submissions, and I haven't seen that name it any video description (Then again, I could've missed it). Google search also brings up nothing.
Also kinda funny that one of the first things the user did was review a porn submission. If this was the official 10 million subscriber channel, then I'd think they'd be doing something else instead of zero-bombing a porn movie.

(Potentially) Stolen: What appears to be a reupload of a "story-time"-type animation made by a Russian YouTuber named Dobryak. There is nothing on the uploader's profile to prove or otherwise suggest that he is indeed Dobryak.

I have a small question.
If a submission which I have voted 0 on gets removed via being flagged for whatever reason, do I still get the blam point for the submission being removed? I assumed not, but I can't be too sure.

Correct, you do not get blam points from submissions that way.

I personally voted to have them blammed, though I can't remember if I flagged the first one to no avail. Since it's now a series, most people will just vote for it to pass regardless of its content.

Nope, no blam point because it wasn't blammed. That's why we sometimes leave things up for a bit longer. You would get points toward your whistle rank instead, tho.

Ugh, v0te as you wish. If they were advertising a real website, they could be removed for that reason. I'm surprised and disappointed that any of them passed.

Like discussed above, just v0te them. They barely qualify as animation at all, but since it's now a person with a few submissions of the same kind, chances are people want to protect them for free points.
Both of these submissions are from the same person and do nothing when opened.
