I had previously complained about comic dubs, especially adult rated comic dubs being bad on Newgrounds. In the two examples I used, both of which were NSFW, the only authors are the voice actors, who I believe took it upon themselves to add their voices and submit it to Newgrounds. This was such a concern that the rules were updated so that a. the original artist has a NG account coauthored on the project, b. contains animation elements, and c. is properly rated (ie. stricter A ratings).
The 'Cookies for Cooties' video is similar to the two comic dubs, except that the 'author', PixieWillow, took an animated GIF from a popular Twitter user rather than a comic, only dubbing her voice in and adding other SFX.
It was originally rated M and won the Daily Feature just before being changed to A rating.
And judging by the lowest rated scores on this submission, people are pissed that this managed to get on the Portal.
I wonder what @TomFulp thinks of this.
