First, for art, do not report it here. It only needs to be flagged.
Second, it does not matter what canon says. Here, we go by the appearance of the character. If it looks like a child, it gets removed, regardless of whether is says they're 18+ or not. The opposite is true, if it is a character drawn as an adult, it's considered an adult and left as is cuz, well, it looks like an adult.
