I remember this movie being posted before, by the user @pedrovin. The movie was subsequently unpublished. Unfortunately, the user doesn't have a Twitter , nor have they posted anything lately on their newgrounds account, so their account is probably dormant.

I was able to find their deviantart account, but the movie in question doesn't appear in the gallery.
EDIT: Unless the account: "pstash" is an alt- account, of course. I'm unable to determine whether this is the case.
