Yeah, live-action vids without any animation can be flagged. Flagging as spam, and putting something like "No animation" to justify should be fine.

I'm unsure about this. Apparently it's a recreation of Five Nights at Freddy's 2, you can tell it's not just a dump of the game, but that's all it is, just all assets from the original game and 'remade'. Would this constitute as 'stolen content'?

I mean, Mike made Doom Triple Pack, which was just Doom and a few other games recreated in flash (kinda) and that's not really counted as stolen content so maybe this is fine?

Only the demo / freeware versions were in the triple pack iirc, not quite the same situation.
Collection of clips from other sources that do not belong to this account, account was not claiming credit for them.

I remember this movie being posted before, by the user @pedrovin. The movie was subsequently unpublished. Unfortunately, the user doesn't have a Twitter , nor have they posted anything lately on their newgrounds account, so their account is probably dormant.
