The way this user speaks and spells is pretty different from Vivziepop on twitter. Also the name is wrong. A lot about this user just screams impostor to me, so I'm guessing that it's an impersonator.

Look at the links on the Newgrounds submissions' description. Those links aren't actual links. They're redirects from Youtube, meaning that they were copied and pasted directly from the Youtube videos' description. So the likelihood that they're an imposter is very high.
