Strangely, the stolen game tries to open in the Newgrounds player, and doesn't start. Did they try to convert it to flash and fail?
EDIT: Apparently they made this and uploaded it today as well, although I don't know if it just is inspired by Henry Stickmin or if it is a rip of one of those games as it also will not launch. https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/791177
I can't open these games to check because Newgrounds Flash Player is garbage but the short description mentions that these are created by someone named Lusty38 on Pixiv, so it's very likely these are stolen.

I opened them using the Flash Forwarder tool (and I highly regret doing so). At least I can confirm that these are indeed stolen.
these are created by someone named Lusty38 on Pixiv, so it's very likely these are stolen.
In the games, you can see the link to Lusty38's patreon (where it's just called Lusty there). Apparently what Lusty makes will be available in dropbox for easy downloads, so this person probably just took it and uploaded it here.

I'm pretty sure they just pulled the assets from the original game to use in their own projects, but it looks like all of the assets used in these games are all from FNF and there isn't much original work that was put into these.

I'm not too sure about this one. It was uploaded on YouTube the same day this guy joined Newgrounds. It could be the same guy, coming in from Friday Night Funkin'. Suspicious? Yes. I wouldn't jump the gun so quickly yet though.
