Possibly malicious file so I recommend not opening it. When I tried watching this through Newgrounds Player, my Internet Explorer tried to open. Even if this isn't malicious, there's no animation. It's just a badly drawn face with the words "beep boop" over it.
If a mod could look at this to determine if it's possibly harmful, I'd appreciate it. I really hope my computer didn't get anything from opening this.

If you're that paranoid about your system and it's a Windows machine, it's best to load up a system restore point from before you ran that weird file. Hope it goes well!
But seriously, what an odd upload. I wonder what OP was even trying to accomplish with it? It's not like you just accidentally program something to open a random page and then force something into your system.
