Yeah, there's getting to be a decent UJ line, but stuff is passing very slowly. ShoBizNewsyNews #13 is still UJ and it's been there since I woke up a couple hours ago, which is odd since it's by a "famous" author. Hm.

I went with that but it got blammed so it is too late now. I was looking for the rule of flashes that are submitted just to get blammed and I could not remember where I saw it but Washu found it.

Ha ha... How fast the voting panel appears is up to the size of the flash, a 5 MG flash will take longer the voting panel to appear than a 10 KB flash... Maybe this month had smaller submissions?

Oh that? If anything that has something to do with your internet settings or anti virus/firewall settings because only that would cause such a difference. Check to make sure none of you settings were changed for speed over safety. Has any one else been on your computer? Basically I believe it has something to do with some security setting lowered or shut down.

I see... it could be that you internet connection speed has improved. Mine is fast and it's been 1.8 for quite some time now, has yours changed? Well if it's faster but all the settings are fine you should be just fine. Keep a look out for strange things and scan here and there. Maybe it was just an average computer glitch that got fixed recently.

Not in the NG FAQ yet? You can always add it. Once again, reat post, LittleWashu. :) Let's assume that a flash broke two rules, (malicious and unsuitable) I would whistle on malicious. If it is both stolen and stolen, I would whistle for stealing. For me, stealing > malicious > unsuitable. In addition, if a flash breaks more than more rules and you whistle one of the rules it breaks, I am positive that I will gain the whistle points. Hopefully, my post helps.
