Although, if there's no definitive evidence that he is an alt, other than the MO, the windows tag, and the oscar in the title, and it can't be 100% proven, then I think he should be left alone. It would be nice if he is trying to go legit. This quiz is a step in the right direction. Knowing his past history, I actuality went easy on this one. Maybe if this Quiz passes, he will be encouraged to keep making real submissions.

The flag category honestly doesn't matter much so long as you provide an actual reason in the box and not an "n/a"

And flag any stolen content. You can still vote on it regardless of a flag, but I'd rather lose a point here and there to keep stolen content off the site. Whistle points are awarded if they get moderated, so if something is blammed before that, it's a zero change to the whistle.
