I don't know about duplicating it here, since there are two ways to report. Anyway, I reported Bob the Robber 4 with the following description:

Flazm made and submitted the original Bob the Robber and Bob the Robber 2 to Newgrounds and Kongregate. They are a studio:
Their studio then moved from Russia to Lithuania. The new studio made Bob the Robber 3 and 4 but didn't submit it to these websites. (Maybe they don't have the account passwords or just don't care.) This new uploader account OrangeGamesNL is submitting Bob the Robber 4 here on Newgrounds right now. OrangeGamesNL doesn't have information online about itself. It seems like JUST a Newgrounds account, nothing more. Since they don't appear to even be proper sponsors, this could be stolen, in the sense that Newgrounds doesn't allow it. If at least the uploader was Kizi, which is linked from flazm.com as the host portal of Bob the Robber 4, but no, it's not the case. This entire OrangeGamesNL account could even be banned despite having earned an award and having submitted many games. OrangeGamesNL links to a website on its profile, but then you would have to look into the stance on random game portals submitting "stolen" games... (Games that they didn't made or sponsor, but may have permission to host, if they're free...)

The popup is an option that is set up by Newgrounds, so it's not malicious. It's set up to bypass certain older submissions that won't play under the newer secure https, and it opens them in a non-https wondow. Authors don't seem to understand that this does, tho, and have been activating it whenever, which is unnecessary most of the time. However, I tried this submission both ways and both stay on the loading screen.

Barracks Roster as of November 1st, 2017:
Tough to believe that this year is almost over - Halloween just passed, Thanksgiving in about 3 weeks, and then Christmas a month after that. The summer went by too fast , but looking back I see that the Barracks as a whole has grown and all of its members have been doing an excellent job of protecting Newgrounds. We have a great group of people here, and we do make a difference!
We grew a bit bigger this month with the welcome reactivation of EGSC @Fro back into our ranks ( for those old timers, his original account was Corky). His re-entry to the roster shifted a few people down one rank, but that's just paperwork. After a few years in hiatus, he's settling in with his wife and kid (so damn cute I can't stand it!) and working out a few bumps in the road - but he's finding time to come back and help out as he did before. He's a great guy, and he knows a lot about this place! Welcome back, soldier! *Salutes*
Apparently, Brig. General @Guthrie has decided to give up all sleep and vote on every entry that enters the Portal. For the past 4 or 5 months, he's been rocking those BP points (both blam and protect). At this rate, he'll make EGSC by next September. He's also been fielding those reported flashes and has been very active in the forum as well. Well done, indeed! *Salutes*

Oh, you flatter me. I believe my contributions are vastly overstated, but I'm happy to be included, nonetheless. I've been struggling with my sleep cycle, a little depression, and trying to balance other projects like the 15th anniversary AP project in the Audio forum, commissions, and remixes of @Troisnyx and @Ultramartyr's work with modding and RL. Yeah I think you may be right about this. I was very dubious re: his submissions & will try to find 100% proof that they are stolen. If you can find something concrete get back to me. I've never done something like that in an accusatory way. That's a pretty obvious boundary I guess I've always known to not cross.
