Yes that can be done but if its also reported here a Portal Mod removes it. Which is basically what's gonna happen if it gets Flagged anyway. This is just the quicker option.

Do both if you're less than Gold Whistle. That way, you get whistle points cuz you flagged it, and it'll get removed fast hang out here and wait for this stuff to happen. :)

This shows me an empty screen with the some logo and the game's name on the bottom, but nothing happens.
At first, this one showed an empty gray screen, then I refreshed and got "perma-stuck" on the loading screen, no error message.
This one works, but it is flappy bird "in darkness" :

I have not. I just looked at the options and I am not quite sure which category to select for gameplay recordings.
If someone uploads "Youtube Material / No animation" for example, what would that be classified under when flagging?

Of the options available I would put it under Spam. If you do Flag something because it's Youtube material I'd most likely shoot you a PM just to check but then again I'd probably use my common sense and assume that's why you did it anyway.

I'd flag it as stolen material, since it's pretty much using other people's assets anyway in a movie.

But it's not stolen. The guy made the game himself using his own characters but with a pre-made game engine which is not a problem. Half of NG's games are made that way. That's what Unity and Stencyl, etc are for after all. The problem is that he just recorded his own gameplay footage. So if you reported it as stolen you'd most likely be punished for it.
