They've been submitting almost every day for a while. A lot of their submissions are the same kind of "RTS-esque" war or defense games as well as some FPS-ish ones. (there are 3 of them as I write in the judgement section)
I checked some of their submissions, and doesn't seem to be responding to any reviews either.

Submissions apparently need only 30 votes to get through now. Looks like it makes it easier for bad stuff to pass, though.

By the way, we're being attacked by spammers. They post trailers, clips, previews in the Flash portal, and posters and phoos in the Unscouted Art Page. We're removing the Flashes asap, but there are plenty (like 15+, atm) images in the Unscouted Artists Page that can be flagged simply as 'spam' for anyone who wants whistle points.

Just be sure you flag the correct ones. ;)

It seems like If I blink any submissions under judgment are gone. I can understand lowering the number of votes required, but right now they lowered it way too much.

Makes sense. So this is like a temporary thingy until the official number of votes gets settled.
