Actually, lots of times, people claim to be a different age, and sometimes, people sign up when they're younger than intended. Still, unless @WadeFulp wants to do anything, it'll probably stay. Mistyentertainment has [in theory] been here since he was 10, but he's been cool, and has submitted some good, interesting, and fun content, and continues to do so, even though he's been on a bit of a a little hiatus at the moment.
Now, if the child makes a nuisance of himself, then yeah, we can block/ban/delete the account. If they're abiding by the rules and not being a nuisance, they're ok to slip by, I'd say. Anyone else can comment, tho.

I was wondering about that. I assume the fact of chrome stopping unity support has something to do with that, a lot of those "fossilized" games are unity games, but there are some others that are just not voted.

I know that for myself, sometimes I don't have time to get into a game, so the quick room escape is chosen instead. Also, people, for some unknown reason, tend to not vote on games as they do on movies. Maybe by the time they're done, they 've forgotten that the voting panel is still untouched, and they move on. Yes, the fact that some games play on some browsers/systems and some don't does add to the hold up also. Eventually, they should get enough votes and pass or be blammed. But, if we remove something before it gets out of Under Judgement, we lose any blam or protect points for our votes. :\

100% stolen. It was made by Mcleod Gaming and was first released in 2006. Weird but good link. It's available for free download from numerous sources.
Also his other submission currently under judgement (link below) is stolen too. It's an Eddsworld movie from 2007 I believe. See his
