that is because the deity whistle is for the best flagger. it is possible for more then one user to have the deity whistle as long as they have the same amount of whistle points

Since whenever I go to bed theres usually still a few UJ submissions, so I keep my averages one day behind. Therefore really my average has risen because of sundays big haul, but tommorow it will sink down for the first time in weeks because of todays crappy day.

I am not sure if the elite guard have been notified of this, but the ninja clan seems to have planned an attack for tommorow. We received a lnik to their forums, where they were discussing "operation red light", which seems to be some attack on newgrounds. This is planned for TOMMOROW. It seems that the leader of the attack is ex-ngpd member mutant_busterjr. The ngpd received word from one of his ex-cronies, spectre hernandez, that there was something big planned for tommorow. To see the link, go to page 120 of the ngpd. I beleive his words today were "Oh, you will see tommorow, you will definelty see". The ngpd has of course, received a fair amount of spam, but I think every attack should be taken seriously.

WOW I have not posted in a long time... First off I would like to congratulate SlashFirestorm on becoming a Second Lieutenant, Major_punk and EagleRock on becoming Captains, and LittleWashu on becoming a major and to all I missed (too lazy to go on). Last week I didn't do to well on B/P points because I was not by a computer for three days but I still mange to get my exp. Now I'm making up for lost time and made over 400 points since Saturday and plan to get my new rank tomorrow. Well I guess that's all I have to say.

Reminder, since it's a new page, for all Barracks members to keep an eye on the NGPD tomorrow in case the spam threat does indeed come through. If something DOES happen, I advise posting that you're e-mailing a mod, so we don't have lots of people e-mailing mods over a single problem. well if you would, i'd be glad to check the links out, but i go to Rage's thread mostly to find the bulk of the abusers. i could linger a bit longer to help out and get my numbers up if you want to post the link. if you think about it, every flash has a good number of haters, and there's a lot of flash that comes in daily. so i guess it would be hard to get rid of them all. every once in a while i find abusers here and there on my own luck, but they arn't very much when i do.

Thanks for the information, EGP. Do not worry, we will take care of bussiness. I am sure that LittleWashu and Slash will have a nice day whistling/flagging. Hopefully, I will find enough time tomorrow so that I can protect the portal along with you guys. Due to your information, EGP, there is a chance that the DEFCON level raises to 2 if the attack gets massive with huge amount of other UJ entries. We may need full some fire supply from the NGPD to get things done nicely. I may post in our secret base if things go out of control. As a potential Conduct Officer in the future, I am happy to see that the Barracks are in a great order. On a side note, for those who thought about arguing with the spammers, please always remember what Eagle told us. It is already late in the night and I am retiring for the day, salutes.

You may have noticed that I have been gone for a long time. My weekend has been very busy, and it is finally stopping tonight. I will hopefully have more time to post here, as well as to B/P. I only received 90 points today, which is close, but not quite my daily mark. I have a bunch of assignments due this week, so we'll have to see how much time I have.

I really didn't get a chance to read all of the posts, but I saw Major DoD mention someone talking to spammers. We all know what to do in that situation, folks...do what's best for the club and forego any posturing of intestinal fortitude. Apparently we're due for some fun tomorrow, so we'll see how many laughs I can get at their expense.

I'd think that typing assignments is the perfect excuse for the occasional jaunt to the portal. That's what I do when I'm writing. Every half an hour or so and you've pretty much got blanket coverage during off-peak and every 15 during peak.

So it's nothing to do with the fact that the school's internet connection is slow enough with one user on it, let alone with 30.

One of the things I like about my office is that I get on the protal about 2-3 times a day in the office and then again twice at home of an evening.

That's pretty bad... Mind you, when I was at High School, we had 2 clusters of PCs running 133MHz processors and working off dial up internet connections. Slow? It would probably take 5-10 minutes to load B
