In the game and movie guidelines it says: Your submission must not be a pointless "demo" or "preview" without any redeeming qualities. Since it's a test it would fall in the "demo" category, wouldn't it?

I suppose it would in some ways, but no mod removes those. Newgrounds has become very lenient towards demos, previews, and unfinished submissions, which I don't like, but that's how it is. Demos and previews are submitted everyday and they pass a majority of the time, sadly. Bottom line is that they don't get removed by the mods, so don't report them.
