Yeah I was going to report this one myself but to be honest it will most likely get Blammed. These types of submissions you should really only report if they do actually pass judgement.

It has been submitted by 2 maybe 3 authors now and it has been submitted at least 6 times that I have seen.
I have seen this submission submitted three times over the past couple days. He keeps taking it down and resubmitting it without changing anything. He's probably trying to keep it from being blammed.

There's no animation here. It's created by editing together old movie clips. Nothing is 'made' by the author except the editing process of other peoples' clips, and the music, which should make it an Audio Portal submission instead.

Both of these should not be E rated.
The lyrics should put this at an A rating, but this is all clips taken from the internet and spliced together and set to bad music ...er, "music."
I remember this one, but it's not playing for me at the moment. Needs a seizure warning, but judging by the scores and reviews, it's not Newgrounds quality anyway.
