That option has been removed with the latest redesign which introduced portal mods.

Like Exedor said, you can only report abusive flashes here. Your only option to level up your whistle is flagging abusive flashes correctly.

Attention all EGB Personnel:
Due to budget cutbacks at the North Pole, a certain rotund, jolly old guy in a tacky red and white suit had put an add in Craigslist for assistance in manufacturing, distribution and security of his self-delivered products scheduled for processing at the end of the month. Although he could not pay in cash, he would grant unlimited amounts of candy, eggnog, pies and fruitcakes - and all volunteers were guaranteed a spot on his "nice" list. Now, usually I try not to associate with crazy old men with white hair that can bend time, live like a hermit and travel in an odd vehicle, but since it seemed to work out for Marty McFly, I'd figured it was worth the risk. He needed as many volunteers as he could muster up, so in the spirit of the Holidays, I "volunteered" us all to lend a hand. (See what happens when EagleRock isn't around!)
He was quite pleased with this, however his security protocol forbids us from communicating using our regular account names, so he (sorta) randomly assigned alternate call signs for all of us. This way, should our communications regarding his business be intercepted, our own identities will remain concealed.
As such, this month's roster will use our new (and temporary) call signs. See if you can figure out who's who! (hehehe)
And, yes, we do have a NEW member joining us!

This was reported 3 weeks ago as multiple submissions, but it now shows itself to be a template/public file. "Created" by a girl, but the whole story is in the creator's comments, found by clicking the blue/black control button in the lower left corner, where it's made by "Andrew." He also tells us that it's a 'fill-in-your-stuff' template.

These are all audio submitted to the Flash Portal, not the Audio Portal. It has some kind of visualizer, but it appears he didn't even create that. Here's an excerpt from a review:
Reviewer: "...Seemed pretty standard with a lot of familiare sounding drops, though it was done rather well. Other than that I'm curious as to how you made the audio visualizer."
Author: "Audio React - email me if you want link."
So evidently, the visualizer is Audio React, and is not anything he animated himself. So, it's audio submitted to the wrong Portal, and visuals that he did not create.

Also, duplicate submissions, kinda. He had a "better" version and yet, he posted a worse, more basic version. The older version is only better cuz it has music and sounds added. Otherwise, they're the same game. Both are crappy, so why do we need 2?
