I did some snooping around, and Googling 'Beloved Underground Productions' (the name in the beginning of the video) led me here, to a website full of "Creeper Reviews", the trademark that he's using on Newgrounds. The only way we could possibly determine that these were stolen is to trace the IP address submitting the videos to Newgrounds, then trace the IP address submitting the videos to the other website featuring some of the videos and see whether or not they match.

I wouldn't say almost anyone can be accepted in the NGPD. The requirements as far as maturity and post quality are pretty much the same as here, the main difference really remains in the number of b/p points which has a much lower requirements.

I tend to take comments about the NGPD personally, since I was the Unit Ops there for over a year.

One of the ways I think of the NGPD is as a sort of training area for future EGB personnel. Not saying that's all it is, but it definitely helps.

I'd like to address this, since it's already brought up, that my general immature posting is the main reason I was denied the first time I applied, and the reason that I'm deciding not to apply a second time. Nah, you can post here. Anybody can report stolen flash submissions and stuff here, whether they're in the EGB or not... SCTE3 isn't and he post here fairly regularly. More than a majority of the members do, actually.

Good work it must have been has the account been deleted I clicked the link lots of checking you did. I have brought another official guide for Borderlands, because the first one did not show up may end up with two guides though LOL. On the game I love using the Siren Lilith far I have only played a few missions on the game so far though.

You shall not be disappointed! The flash was succesfully flagged by the Newgrounds community. Justice has been served in this case, now the flash can get properly deleted by the adminstrators. It feels great when our work helps to get rid of this stuff.

Why? Because if he uploads another one, and it's also flagged, P-Bot will automatically suspend the account's uploading priveliges until the matters are dealt with. As a result, never deleting them = portal permaban. Wade's done it to lots of people before, and while it is annoying that no-one who flagged it will ever get whistle points for it, the purpose of said whistle (ad this club) has been served regardless, and that's the important bit.

Best thing I can suggest is looking for abusive reviews and simply flagging content while under judgment that should be removed. Beyond that not much else to do.

Just out of interest, where did everyone's (well... Byte's) favourite review redneck go? He was the one who liked to help out with this the most, so I'm curious now. If he's still around and still doing his review PM thing, it might be worth asking him.

Good work Scarface I flagged them both as spam both just link to a websites, looks like the account was made just to spam pointless. Not the usual spam I come across though. I hope it does not pass ,I blammed them. Anyway what is the point of spamming? I got back Red Dead Redemption which I had in december looking forward to playing it again got my guide for Borderlands two of them!

This exact same video was stolen earlier by ScaryMovieGangsta (shown in my first post of this page). From looking at both profiles it seems like this might be the same user on an alt account, attempting to resubmit his flagged movies.

I've been posting topics for ages about how crappy NG reviews have become, but there's really nothing I can do about it. That's pretty terrible, just goes to show you just how many people consider making serious reviews these days. The Review Crew Pick is hardly an award anymore.

Greetings, Corporal. I am EGSC byteslinger, the Recruitment Officer for the Elite Guard Barracks. I have just reviewed your profile, posts and reviews, and you ALMOST qualify for consideration. The one little thing holding you back is your whistle. You need to have bronze or better to be admitted, as it shows us you have some grasp of how to properly whistle and manage inappropriate flashes and reviews.

There are many members of the Guard that can give you pointers on how to improve your whistle. Captain SilentCobra helped me all the way to Deity, and he's a friend of mine - send him a PM and I am sure he'll be able to help you as well.

I will tell you this - the key to building up your whistle is (1) know what an inappropriate flash or review really look like and (2) only whistle when you are 100% certain something is in violation of the rules of Newgrounds. The admins don't appreciate digging through unwarranted whistling, and it's much easier to lose a whistle level than it is to gain it. Be wise, and when in doubt, don't do it.

You can ask around here - many members have built their own whistling guides and FAQs on this subject, and would love to share them with you.

So get that whistle up to par, soldier - and report back when you're ready.

Meanwhile, keep fighting the good fight - we'll see you at the front lines!
