Don't know about official, but I personally use either Newgrounders or NGers depending on how much of a hurry I'm in. I'm sure if you looked through some of Tom's posts he uses a mixture of the two from time to time, so I'd take that as official enough

Yeah I've read somewhere on this site, that originally, the term was NGer, but it inevitably spawned racial slurs, so he extended it to "Newgrounders," as the term we all know and love today. And, because of the racial confusion, the actual slur, and the forms of it, have been banned from the system.
I'm guessing that SlntCobra saw the term, "Newgroundian" from Leffler's page, where even he questions its use. Luckily, he's helped out in the proper term by Jakbaronking.

Hmm, I always heard that it was Tom and Wade trying to hide from Al Sharpton. Of course, the source was a spammer who was angry at the Fulps for selling out or something, but since I had heard no other possible explanation, I just kinda thought that was why.
I have seen on the forums the term you used for us users, I would use Newgrounders but the short version is quicker to put down. But I guess it could be seen as racist. I like Newgrounders the best the one Newgroundians is quirky. I have seen some topics about it. Well I got a PM from Tom Fulp himself about many flashes I reported as stolen, and now they have been removed cool! I sent the PM on Thursday and got it today. A newer user i could see this happening to, but the accounts that they want are ours and the mods even high level users. Thoes are the people who are least likely to fall for the poor attempt at stealing your password. The user has been deleted and the problem was solved. If anyone fell for it, the user was a dumbass.

2500 b/p points and a minimum of a bronze whistle, then you have to be voted in by the members of the barracks. If you're serious about it, you can go to the Newgrounds Police Department thread once you've reached 400 b/p points. Agreed, if he want's to be back here in a month he would need just over 80 b/p points per day. Now at that i would say someone would just hit 5 on every submisson and thats not what we want to see here. That's what it would take, since there are days where the blam count is very low. Still at that it would be 40+ a day. Thats still more then most users can do. I would give him 3-4 months at most to see where he is at.

Nice to see enthusiastic users, but you need to have 2500 B/P, the rank of Private and a bronze whistle or better to join. If you want you can check out the NGPD. To join them, you need to have 400 B/P, the rank of Portal Security. And 50 good posts. Stay out of General, your posts will be shitty one-liners.
Try to hang out in the Wi/Ht forum, other threads in the C&C, and you should do fine.
