Well, I checked his other submissions, he seems to be legit. So I see no point in whistling it at all. That's my opinion at least.
But remember, we've had users with other stolen submissions that got taken down later.
Remember that user submitting 2 episodes of a series every night, last month? No one realized it was all stolen until their account was deleted.

Well I guess I do remember something like that going on last month, but from what I could, the author of the flash seems to be legit. I always look at the sign up date and the scores they've gotten on their flashes and how many they've submitted.
Whenever I see someone who just signed up like a day or two ago and have an excellent submission in the portal, I almost always look for the original because that tells me it is most assuredly stolen.

This has to be one of my favorite places to go, so i'm going to stay at a hotel in times square. Wish me a good trip and what not, i'll be back before you know it.

That's awesome. I love going into New York, but I usually never get the chance to. But I can take a train into Penn Station for free since my dad works for Amtrak. I just got to spend $1.25 or so and take a light rail to the station.
But I hope you enjoy your trip. New York is awesome.

Heh, it's happened to me a few times too. Including, if you'll believe it, twice in the same thread. I guess we're just so used to not posting pictures on NG than when it comes time to post pics, we forget to do it.

Some free advice:
Check the score at death before accusing things of being blammed already (needs to be less than 1.60 to safely assume it was blammed). Deleted things also appear in the obituaries, and to me that looks like it was deleted by the author to be resubmitted (probably with a few fixes and the like).
I know you've no real reason to listen to me if you don't want to, but remember: an incorrectly flagged flash will likely put a HUGE dent in the whistle level of everyone who flagged it.

I just used the VOTE button on the NG toolbar and it worked fine for me.

DD put about 6 flashes through in that time, and right after they passed judgment, were deleted.

It's good to know NG is on high alert now, keeping the DD shit out. I haven't heard from them recently and I heard they were hacking Bob's account today. Guess they didn't have the account and backed off.

Same here, though I must admit, everytime I watched a flash i expected the vote bar to be up, always questioned why it wasn't up, then felt stupid afterwards then used my toolbar.
I'm glad they mixed the problem it is working fine for me now. I have had that trouble though lots of time with the voting bar not loading despite the movie having loaded it can be very off putting. Well my fucking charger on the side of my mac is not working, the stupid thing is being held together by thick duck tape. Now it looks like it duff only got it about 7 months ago. Anyway not happy about that but I noticed some DD blammed submissions in the obituaries.

Yeah, Dry-Ice is still down and out, but not for long, hopefully; he's a good guy. As for Evark, I'm glad he's back with us and not under the DD fags' loose control. I never knew that BigBadRon was still active. Well, I'm glad that he's making appearances. Man, the portal is slow as hell today. And for those wondering, I'm getting close to finishing chapter 8. I've also put chapters 1-7 up on AFF. So overall, it's been a slow ass day if you ask me.

I woke up at 3:00pm. My day is almost over and it has just barely started! I will probably be up until the wee hours of the morning though, maybe the portal will have livened up a little by then.
