sorry we cant finsh, but if you want to, by all means use my idea for yourself :)

Well, its not that bad, especialy when using flash.
Its ok once you use it .
And I do use both mouse and pen, depending for what task; Plus when making games, I will also take breaks for typing acttonscript.
I am still looking for a monitor-arm with joints so i can also put it flat infront me.

I'm thinking a graphire 3 a4, It seems good to me, I dont care if it's small the only thing I would like to know is if I can put a drawing under it and redraw it on the tablet. Can I do this without too much trouble?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can do that with the one im gettin. i think its unbeliveable that its only 72 USD!

Response to Getting a Drawing tablet thread 2005-11-04 04:35:49

The small graphires are fine, better then some larger noname ones. Wacom makes good tablets, and they have the patent to the "energy less" pens.

Anyway, the Aiptek Hyperpen 12000u is what you want to get if you want to trace things a lot. It has a A4/Letter sized area. Here in europe its arround 60-70 bucks, unfortunaly in the usa its a bit more expensive.

An A4 Tablet will cost not that much; At least from Aiptek. 50-150, depending on where you live.

just curious

Of course, silly.

I just don't feel like spending money to improve it. It works perfectly, and it costs a lot for a tablet that has a smaller drawing surface than the one i have. I take what i said back. I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE! It's not wireless, but you don't lose your pen that way! Can't even feel the wire/touch it while drawing either. Plus, for the price, the surface is huge. My cousin has a tiny WACOM and it was so much harder to use than mine, since it was so small, and if you moved the pen a tiny bit, it'd jolt half way across the screen.

yawn

the events are merely fictional, written, directed, and acted out by all who create them

I've just read the small print, and it doesn't say anywhere that you can burn it with a welder and expect it work again. But seriously, how did he break it? If you use it sensibly then it should last a long time.

Or he might have got it off of a bad company.
