Movies with great meaning

I am attempting to create a list of movies on NG with great meaning, to possibly add some intelligence to the bbs (I know that I will fail, no need to flaim, I invoke Funk's law to prove it).

The first movie with great meaning is currently number one. It is called Routine and is about trying to break out of the day in/day out tasks that bind us and keep us from being happy.

The second movie on my list is Human. I believe it is about making connections with other people even though they will never understand you. I think that scenes like the tv scene are supposed to represent society's impact on the individual.

The third movie on my list is Afterliving. It is about death and how a person can live on through those that they influenced during life.

I am sure that their are more, but I have not been lucky enough to find them. Please add to this list if you can.

Note, I don't believe a movie like decline, while it has great comedic value, would fit into this list.

If your talking about intelligent wise, I'd go with Super Mario Physics - you learn something, and have fun watching it at the same time =)

no, I was talking on more of a philosophical level. A them statement. Like what you learn about in english class... but apparently this is well above the users of NG.

Not that the movie you linked to was bad, its just that it was really just a funny science lesson.

Yeah, but that was the closest I could think of at the time - there are many excelletn submissions that come to my head, just I can't put a name on them.
