It's not even about the mods, it's about the common ignorance found in all people, no matter what authority that they hold over us. It's that even if you are expected to uphold rules, you can still be an idiot like the common person. Everyone wants to bring up the comment about posts. No one cares about posts. No, no one SHOULD care about posts, yet people find some form of solice in saying "I HAVE MORE POSTS THAN YOU, THEREFORE I AM BETTER" when in all reality, it doesn't matter period. Why do people want to take what I say and make it so negative?

What I'm trying to say is, by all means, feel free to criticize the mods for doing things that you feel are wrong. This can help them realize if they're doing something wrong and fix the problem, making the experience better for everyone. You just don't have to be so hostile, bitchy, and "holier than thou" about it. It's not about mods being of a higher status, it's about mods doing work for free to make the BBS a better place.

1) The only reason I might be hostile is because they dont want to realize they're doing something wrong, and the problem wont be fixed. What WORK? The mods (not all of them) ALWAYS break rules they should uphold.

If a mod or admin locks or deletes this, it's because the mods looked like idiots.

If you have some issues with them, work them out calmly, politely, and (if possible) through e-mail. That's where a bit of the old "elitism comes in. Mods want to feel superior to us, god forbid they come to us for help, they are like a disobedient child. Although they cannot do everything themselves, they still have to feel independent and handle things on there own.
