Good to see you still reviewing, you've come a long way since I was last active. I've been writing some reviews recently, but I had to do a major major catch up since 6 years of inactivity a LOT of my reviews have been deleted. The best way to do this I'd say is to set it out as follows:

Holland is just an easy name for our country you offend nobody saying that, a person from the Netherlands that doesn't live in Provinces North and South Holland also calls the Netherlands Holland, and what about football everyone shouts Holland not Nederland.

WOW!, Look how many 100 top Reviewers do they have on Newgrounds!, The only thing is that is split up to 2 parts!, One of them has 50 top reviewers and one of them has the rest of the 50 top reviewers!, Newgrounds has the best Reviewers!

Not at all - it's only distasteful if he makes it to some sort of list about most epic fail-suicides or whatever.

You're thinking that people care about it all that much. The review is not abusive by being a readable wall of text. It would be abusive if you just spammed curse words, or did it all in capitals (even that is questionable for a review as detailed as that)

Well, if we're being like that, we need to remove users like KWAS71KCK, M-A-R-C-U-S and so forth. The list would be a pale shadow of what it is now. We're talking the most prolific reviewers of All Time, here.
