heh, somehow, I think that their comeback will be short. Whenever an user gets tired to deposit, they are usually not motivated enough to get back into the depositing mood for a long period.

So who's the next user that you are going to convince? dl_monk? it should be easy, he used to be very active
Djspy? he was inactive for months so even getting a response from him could be impossible.
Chunkyman? He's a switch that turns itself on for a short period, then it's off for a longer period before making another short comeback, etc.

What I don't understand is exactly WHY you're trying to convince the higher-ups to deposit again. Why not just let their accounts rot and keep your chances of passing them in exp, or more realistically, VP? It's not like you're getting anything out of it.
