By the time you get EGSC, you will be over 15VP. If you got EGSC without even increasing your baseVP, then your VP would be 14.976...(Which would be rounded to 15VP anyway)

Lijim is not a forum regular anyway, he's too busy to program/ take care the site and its features. He mostly comes here to tell us important stuff or to give his opinions on important manners. That's why he has only 3000-3500 posts. I don't remember his amount of posts and I'm too lazy to check it.
