Did you sign up for the fanmail, profile, and all the possible things that give you starting points? That could possibly have affected it.

just search for an exploding and electricity sounds for your flash in a search engine, they are quite easy to retrieve. And leveling up is what we do here, cuz it is called the "Level up Lounge". :P

In regards to the whole "how'd you get 5 points?" thing....
It has nothing to do with what you do when you sign up, it depends on when you signed up. Back in the day you were able to get 11 points per day. I think this was if you voted on 5 movies and deposited yourself. It would deposit for you if you didn't do so yourself and only give you 10 points, so I deposited for myself. So when I first signed up I only deposited 5 days. Then I abandoned my account, and then came back with the "only 10 per day" rules and have had that extra five on there. Notice how all old sign ups have a weird number on the end of their total exp and how new members don't? =)

I signed up after that, yet I still have a total ending in 5. I would have said that's because I clicked three boxes that gave me a +5 exp when I signed up, but since it has nothing to do with that it must be just another unexplained mystery eh?

Did you know that many people may have had an EVEN number of points when the system changed? And a lot of the time people used to not really care about depositing and just voted. So say someone ended up with 126 points after the 11-point system switch. Then say on a later day they merely voted on 2 flash. Well at the end of that day they would have 4 points automatically put in, correcting the error. =)

Yes, but you will have more fun milestones that most people wont be able to get with their exp ending in 0. Like 2345, 5555, 8765, etc., etc., etc., (which I later noticed MPA posted already, I cant believe I missed that post).

From what i've heard... you got 1 experience point from visiting different parts of the site, there beign 11 locations.
But lots of people end in 5 (like myself) because of the signups... there were 3 things that gave you +5, and +20 for making a profile.
Hence, you can start off on your first day with 35 exp, deposit to give you 45/50 on your first day.

I meant that HT and his deposit crew won't commit suicide if his account was deleted. There is more in your existence than just your ng account...... They would certainly complain but after a while they would stop crying about their removed stats on a flash site....

I can easily keep up with it. I just post about something and then people reply and I feel happy.
