There always seems to be some confusion on the difference between Voting and Reviewing. As such I'll respond to this, but you really need to bother to read the Help files.

Reviewing allows you to give comments to the author of the flash, as well as rate it on a variety of aspects. You can only review a flash once, ever. Your earn exactly zero experience for reviewing.

Voting is simply clicking a Pico head on the vote panel flash (see image below) allowing you to raise or lower the rating score of the flash. You can vote on a flash once per day. You earn 2 experience for each flash upon which you vote, and can deposit after having voted 5 times. You cannot earn more than 10 experience per day.

Experience will affect your base voting power. BP level will adjust the base VP by adding a percentage of that base value.

It is a screenie from yours. I was fiddling with your flash and trying to decide if I wanted to take the time to review it when I noticed bahamut had reposted. I included the score/vote segment so he knew where to look ... trying to cut off the question that is bound to arise later (there's no vote panel) when he finds the UJs.

Maybe, maybe not. He's historically known for his "extended vacations," where he just disappears for months at a time, then reappears and smacks in 100+ per day. I don't track XP, so we'd have to correlate my list to some of ramagi's old ones to see if he completely disappeared when he wasn't BPing on the earlier occasions.

Some people say he used jesuscyborg's program to be able to b/p 24/7 and rack up points, and if that's the case it's safe to assume he's banned for good.
