Congratulations Qwoxyl, it's been a funny 24 hours watching you and spancker talk to eachother here about emailing and such, as I'm guessing it was for the other members just wanting to say, "For the love of God Qwoxyl, you are our newest member." You'll be a good addition. You're helpful, mature, and funny at times. Also, you're not "lolwtf omfg ROFL" annoying and what have you. Welcome aboard.
I doubt I could have written a good a summary (and I know I couldn't have written one as succinct) of the situation. Grats MrX and thanks MPA =)

Your parents are 20 when you are born.
When you are 5, you are 20% of their age.
When you are 10 you are 33.33% of their age.
When you are 20, you are 50% of their age.
When you are 40, you are 66.67% of their age.
When you are 60, you are 75% of their age.
At no time are you ever any closer than 20 years younger than your parents, but your percentage constantly goes up. In the experience system, this is reflected by the fact that your base voting power is constantly increasing.
The fact that there are "levels" arbitrarily placed along the way causes people to think that more levels would actually mean something. They are simply there as a courtesy to let people have shorter range goals to attempt to achieve, as well as having predefined BBS icons.
