Not exactly. Someone could just as easily copy it, then go into another forum and tell other people that he made it. Then in the court of law it would be his word against the other guy's which won't go anywhere without solid evidence. So then the other guy would have equal rights to it as nothing can be proved.

sorry bud odnt know the addy jsut got through macromedia init also no one really chose a character i jsut found gifs off the web that looks like i could use em so its not the final design ill probably change it in a week or so but as for now its the same characters also i gave it a frame and some colour it looks lame with these colours could someone tell me some colours they think will work and ill test em out to see if its an improvement, thanks
